Terms
Terms of use
Plain terms for a simple tool. By using turboconvert.xyz, you agree to them.
Last updated:
The service
turboconvert.xyz is run by Emor Space Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we"). It's a tool that converts files in your browser. The conversion happens on your device and we never receive your files; the privacy policy explains what we do handle. The free plan needs no account.
Provided as is
We work hard on careful conversions, and each converter page lists what carries over and what doesn't. Even so, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Check important results before you rely on them, and keep your original files.
Your files, your responsibility
Your files and everything you make from them remain yours; we claim no rights to them. Only convert files you're allowed to use, and make sure each result suits its purpose, especially drawings, financial records or anything legally binding.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights;
- try to disrupt or overload the site, or get around its security or limits;
- copy or scrape the site in bulk with automated tools;
- send spam or false sign-ups to the early access form.
We may block access that harms the site or other people.
The free plan
The free plan converts single files, or up to 5 at a time, with no watermark, no wait and no account. We may change these limits, add or retire converters, or change how the site works. When a limit changes, the site will show it.
Pro
Pro isn't for sale yet. Joining the early access list is free, doesn't commit you to anything, and you can leave it whenever you like. When Pro opens, its price and terms will be shown before you pay anything.
Open-source software
The converters are built on open-source libraries, each under its own license. They're credited, with their licenses, on How it works.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TurboConvert isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before it, or US$50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of the country where you live gives you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply. Questions are welcome at hello@turboconvert.xyz.
